LET'S MAKE A MOVIE - MAY 1, 2015

Movie Concept and Treatment for a screenplay. The Mobs have taken over the World. The leaders of the World have caved in, surrendered.

We never know who The Mobs are, never see them, but hear them trampling across the globe, people of all shapes and colors expressing their grievances from country to country through acts of the most unspeakable violence.

There is no one around to stop them.

Cops have been told to “stand down,” to retreat before The Mobs. (As in real life in real Baltimore.)
TIGHT on President Tom Hanks. He is in LA, speaking at The Academy Awards, but also addressing the world.
Hanks: “The Mayor of Baltimore did not misspeak. She was correct. What happened is not her fault.”

The President finishes by reiterating the freshly minted slogan adopted unanimously by the UN:
EVERY GRIEVANCE IS LEGITIMATE [excepting Israel’s].

PULL BACK to Reveal that there is no audience. The place is empty in adherence to new regulations. Not a single movie star.

ZOOM to Baltimore’s Camden Yards and the Sound of Silence.

It’s the Orioles defeating the Chicago White Sox. But the stands are void of spectators.
By order of the City, the game was to be played without attendees for fear of triggering further riots. Fifty thousand chairs – empty.

It’s eerie and it really happened days ago…the first time ever for Baseball or any Sport.
SCAN the World to Reveal that every nation has taken the cue from Baltimore.

Every government has adopted the policy of ZERO ATTENDANCE at any event that can draw a crowd and entice The Mobs.

Looting and torching have been universally justified. As a result, the World is on lockdown.

Now, fear is everywhere. It started “innocently enough” with a simple statement from Baltimore’s Democrat

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake who tried to balance free speech in the heat of the riots by giving the following order: “We gave those who wished to destroy space to do that” – and destroy they did.
BRING UP the actual Clip of the Mayor saying those exact words – words that have been used as a signal to approve Mobism throughout the World.

COLLAGE of headlines, in all languages, print and broadcast, to Reveal law and order replaced by chaos country to country.

ZOOM across the Universe to Show a World plunged into silence to stay safe from The Mobs. Go here for eye-opening material.

BRING UP the Sounds of heavy footfalls and massive destruction.

CUT to Saturday Night Live where there is no one to laugh at the jokes. People must watch everything in private, from home…everything!

DISSOLVE to the Summer Olympics in Brazil and FAST CUT to the World Cup in Russia to find athletes performing before walls of silence.

The games are exciting, records are being broken, but there’s no one around to cheer.
Hanks: “I am in constant contact with my fellow world leaders. We agree that policing is not the answer. People must be allowed to express themselves.”

CUT to (former NY City) Mayor Rudy Giuliani: “This is absurd. Has the world gone crazy?”

DISSOLVE to the Super Bowl and to similar scenes of empty seats at the Kentucky Derby and the Mayweather/Pacquiao “Fight of the Century.”

CUT to The Masters, for championship golf, Wimbledon for championship tennis and to the Boston Marathon for venues empty of spectators.

The time for this scenario? Futuristic. Or it may be closer than we think. Is this fiction… only a movie? Maybe. Maybe not.
